St. Mark's Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support operations in the OR, delivering high-quality patient-centered care during procedures and ensuring the room is ready for operations. You will work with the surgical team and serve as a resource for other technicians as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, and collaboration with housekeeping and central processing to maintain a clean, stocked, and efficient operating environment.

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• CST or TS-C certification required.
• At least 1 year of hospital experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in the operating room during operative and invasive procedures.
• Prepare OR for procedures and mentor other techs as needed.
• Assist staff during surgeries and verify correct procedure and patient identity.
