Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, seeks a full-time Surgical Technologist to assist in the safe execution of invasive procedures. You will prepare sterile equipment, support surgeons, and maintain an optimal operating room environment.
Endoscopy exposure is valued but not required. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be graduates of an accredited Surgical Technology program, with CST/TS-C/NRCST/SA-C certification preferred.

This Full-Time role is ideal for experienced Surgical Techs looking to work within a high-performing, collaborative team with exposure to a wide range of endoscopy procedures.

The Surgical Technologist works under the supervision of a surgeon and registered nurse to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. Surgical technologists possess expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique and combine the knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and implementation tools and technologies to facilitate a physician's performance of invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
