Job summary

Qualifications

• BCLS or instructor certification within 30 days of start date.
• CST or TS-C certification as required for surgical tech roles.
• At least 1 year of hospital experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff during operative and invasive procedures in the OR.
• Prepare the operating room and ensure proper equipment between cases.
• Participate in safety checks for patient and procedure verification.
• Anticipate the surgeon's needs based on experience and practice.
• Follow all patient safety, hygiene, PPE, and isolation protocols.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe patient care environment.
