MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is hiring a Surgical Technologist to assist with patient care and OR preparation under the supervision of an OR nurse. You will assemble and use surgical instrumentation and equipment during procedures in a dynamic, sometimes emergent environment.

The role requires graduation from a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent, state registration in Washington, CPR certification, and prior experience is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
• National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date.
• Health Care Provider level CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with care and preparation of the surgical patient under OR RN supervision.
• Assemble, set up and use of surgical instrumentation and equipment during procedures.
• Be prepared to handle emergent or critical situations with directed or independent decision-making.
