Job summary

Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the perioperative team. You will prepare the operating room, arrange instruments, and help the surgical team before, during, and after procedures. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Current CST certification per hospital requirements.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room, equipment, instruments, supplies, and sterile field for procedures.
• Assist surgeons and the surgical team during operative procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention practices throughout cases.
• Complete required documentation and communicate equipment needs and counts.
