Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology.
• CST certification from NBSTSA required.
• Current AHA BLS certification or within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs various duties in the operating room.
• Maintains cleanliness and efficiency of OR services.
• Provides limited neonate through geriatric patient care.
• Orients employees to equipment and procedures.
• Serves as a role model to other OR technicians and students.
• Upholds mission, values and customer service standards.
