Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join a fast-paced OR across multiple specialties. You will scrub, maintain sterile technique, and support a collaborative surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care throughout procedures.

This 13-week assignment features four 10-hour shifts, an on-call overnight shift weekly, and a weekend rotation every five weeks. Current BLS certification is required; CST preferred with 5+ years of OR experience.

• Experience scrubbing multiple surgical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique throughout each case.
• Scrub and assist surgeons during multiple surgical specialties.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure instruments are readily available.
• Perform instrument counts and maintain patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff.

We're looking for professionals who are confident, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care throughout every surgical procedure.

Position: Surgical Technologist

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week

6:45 AM - 4:15 PM

9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

On-Call Requirement:

One overnight call shift per week

One weekend call rotation every 5 weeks (Friday night through Monday morning)

What You'll Need

Current BLS Certification

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred OR minimum 5 years of Surgical Technologist experience

Experience scrubbing multiple surgical specialties

Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
