Fairview has an immediate opening for a Surgical Technologist for the Operating Room at our M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center - East Bank location in Minneapolis, MN.
As a Surgical Technologist, you will assist in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, arranging and passing instruments to surgeons, and ensuring a sterile environment under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You will play a crucial role in supporting the surgical team and maintaining the safety and efficiency of the operating room.
This role will handle cardiovascular (CV) cases, therefore prior CV scrub expertise is required.
Position: 0.8 FTE (80 hours every two weeks). Shift: Nights, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday‑Thursday.
Training will take place on day shift, 40 hours/week, for the first 90 days.
