Job summary

Under supervision of RNs and surgeons, you will maintain sterile fields, participate in patient turnover, and uphold safety standards including radiation protection. Requires certification and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Surgical Technology Certification or LPN license required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Prepare cases and sterile field with correct instruments.
• Monitors sterile field at all times.
• Demonstrates competency in scrub tasks for various procedures.
• Assists in turnover and maintains patient flow goals.
• Adheres to radiation safety and proper PPE usage.
