Advanced Spine Center of Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Surgical Technologist to join our operating team. You will scrub for procedures, maintain sterile fields, and prepare instruments and supplies in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and completion of a Surgical Technician Program.
• State/certification as required and BLS Certification.
• 1+ year of Surgical Tech experience in ambulatory or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with staff and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Supports quality improvement activities and team collaboration.
