Job summary

Froedtert Health's Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support cutting-edge orthopedic and spine procedures in a newly renovated facility with five operating rooms and a sterile processing department.

You will handle instruments and maintain a sterile field, collaborating closely with surgeons to ensure safe, efficient operative care. This is a part-time, 0.8 FTE position with flexible days and a focus on quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience required.
• Post-high school education and Surgical Technologist program completed.
• BLS certification within 90 days; Surgical Technologist certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles instruments, supplies and equipment during surgery.
• Maintains sterile field and anticipates the surgeon's needs.
• Contributes to quality patient care and department efficiency.
