United Surgical Partners International seeks a Surgical Technologist at the Advanced Surgery Center of Sarasota. This role involves scrubbing for surgical procedures, maintaining sterile fields, and preparing necessary instruments and supplies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as an understanding of aseptic techniques.

Qualificações

• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent education and experience.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing patient conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Scrub for surgical procedures and maintain a sterile field.
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
