Job summary

Primary responsibilities include preparing the OR, maintaining the sterile field, passing instruments, and assisting during procedures. Competitive hourly pay with a 5,000 USD sign-on bonus for external candidates, and a Monday–Friday schedule with 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Current WA State Surgical Technologist Registration or ability to obtain by start date.
• Current AHA/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Preoperative case management and OR preparation.
• Maintain sterile field and assist surgeon/instrument handling.
• Medications handling and instrument care.
