Aspirus Stanley Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the operating room in Stanley, Wisconsin. The role includes planning and organizing supplies, assisting with procedures and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficient care.

The position offers a sign-on bonus, a 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period), and a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call requirements. Aspirus Health provides comprehensive benefits for full- and part-time staff.

Formación

• Knowledge of surgical standards and practices normally acquired through graduation from a surgical technologist program or related field and/or three or more years of related experience in the operating room.
• One year acute care surgical experience beneficial.
• Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist beneficial.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

We are seeking a SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST in Stanley, WI to work in our Operating Room at Aspirus Stanley Hospital.

**This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus!**

The Surgical Technologist is responsible for planning and organizing supplies, instruments and equipment for surgical procedures. Promotes education of self, peers and students. Collaborates with all surgical team members to assure the safe and efficient passage of a patient through surgery. Responsible for their activities that can interact with, collaborate with, cause, or result in an effect or consequence to or with other practitioners in the surgical environment.

This position has no call, weekends or holidays!

Hours: Full-time, 0.8 FTE or 64 hours per pay period. Mon-Fri. No call.

Experience/Qualifications
