Job summary

Adventist Health in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our full-time day shift team. You will prepare the operating room, set up sterile instruments, and assist surgeons and nurses during a variety of surgical procedures.

You will maintain aseptic technique, ensure instrument counts, handle specimens, and support OR safety and efficiency while collaborating with a compassionate multidisciplinary team committed to whole-person care.

Qualifications

• Formal Surgical Technologist training or certificate required.
• Ability to maintain aseptic technique and assist in a variety of procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication with surgeons, nurses, and staff.
