Allina Health seeks a Surgical Technologist to join a fast-paced OR team in Minnesota. You will assist the surgical team, prepare the OR, and manage instruments and supplies while maintaining aseptic standards. On-call duties may be required after orientation.
Requirements include a accredited Surgical Technology program or completion of the Allina Health Surgical Technologist Apprentice program, and BLS certification within 1 year of hire.

Participates in providing care to patients undergoing surgical intervention, including identifying, assembling and facilitating use of surgical instruments, equipment and supplies to assist the surgical team. Tasks are supervised by Registered Nurse and delegated by the surgeon. May also perform in the sterile processing function as needed. Will eventually be required to take call after orientation.
Vocational or Technical Training graduate of accredited Surgical Technology program OR Successful completion of the Surgical Technologist Apprentice program at Allina Health
1+ year of Surgical Technologist experience
Medium Work: Lifting weight up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 25 lbs. frequently
