Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Surgical Technologist Program.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating room, including sterile tables and instruments for surgery.
• Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants; hold retractors, cut sutures, and keep count of supplies.
• Prepare and transport patients for surgery, adjust lights and equipment, and communicate needs of the room.

(Pay is determined based on years of experience)

Surgical Technologist Summary:

As a core member of our Surgical Team, you will be responsible for setting up the operating room including the set up of sterile tables and instruments for surgery. This also includes passing instruments and other supplies to surgeons and surgeon’s assistants, holding retractors, cutting sutures, and keeping count of supplies. Other duties include preparing and transporting patients for surgery, adjusting lights and equipment, and communicating needs of the room or department.

Our team supports your success and growth through monthly trainings and education, along with daily check ins on the needs of the department.

Surgical Technologist Requirements:
