The Surgical Technologist reports to an experienced Director of Perioperative Services and OR Manager, with daily support from charge nurses, surgeons, anesthesia professionals, and sterile processing. The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) will prepare and maintain the sterile field, anticipate surgeon needs, manage instruments, implants, and specimens, ensure equipment readiness, uphold meticulous counts, and drive efficient room turnovers while championing patient safety and continuous improvement. Alongside friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team, the Operating Room Tech contributes to evidence‑based practice, participates in call with reliable backup, and supports service lines and more as appropriate for a Surg Tech role.
