Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a hospital or outpatient OR setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the surgical team by preparing and handling instruments.
• Maintain sterile field and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons to maximize patient safety and efficiency.
• Perform instrument counts and assist with patient positioning.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative support as needed.
• Demonstrates leadership and develops continuing education topics.
