• Surgical Support: Assist the doctor during surgeries, seat patients, and take vitals; maintain competency in anesthesia monitoring.
• Patient Care Expert: Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions; obtain necessary medical clearances.
• Compliance and Safety Adherence: Follow OSHA guidelines; ensure radiation safety and proper imaging techniques.
• Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Equipment and Instrument Maintenance: Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and instruments.
• Interpersonal Relations: Maintain rapport with patients, doctors, and team members; participate in conflict resolution.
• Confidentiality and Professionalism: Protect patient and clinic information; discuss sensitive info only with appropriate personnel.
• Patient Experience Enhancement: Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout visits.
