Responsibilities

• Assists in providing care to surgical patients according to MMC standards.
• Creates and maintains a sterile field and passes surgical instruments to the surgeon.
• Disassembles sterile field after procedures and returns instrumentation to decontamination.
• Assists with turning over the OR and setting up for next patient.
• Maintains par levels of stock items and interacts professionally with patients and staff.
