Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, Kentucky, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Surgical Technician for the OR. The role supports a fast-paced surgical team, ensuring sterile environment, instrument handling, and patient safety.

The position requires Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program, CST eligibility or credential, BLS within 30 days, and 6 months healthcare experience. Day shifts with comprehensive benefits available.

How you'll contribute

A Surgical Technician who excels in this role:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment, including instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating surgical needs

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Additional requirements include:

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential (or eligibility to obtain within a specified timeframe)

Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

6 months of on-the-job experience in a healthcare facility

Knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical procedures, and instrumentation

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills

• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills & exercises sound and decisive judgment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Performs effectively in a fast‑paced, stressful environment
• Takes appropriate action in urgent or high‑pressure situations
