Job summary

Hudson Regional Health is seeking a temporary Surgical Technician in Hoboken, NJ. Under RN supervision, you will assist a designated patient population, maintain sterile fields, and handle instruments and specimens with care.

This on-site role requires attention to detail and teamwork. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Surgical Technician Program, CST and BLS certifications, and 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technician Program.
• Current CST certification required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• One year of acute care/hospital experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to sterile technique.
• Handle instruments, supplies, and specimens per policy.
• Follow hospital site verification procedures.
• Support efficient patient flow and safety.
