Responsibilities

1. Implement and monitor patient care plans; communicate patient conditions effectively.
2. Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care.
3. Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
4. Assess and coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members.
5. Provide individualized patient care based on comprehensive assessments.
6. Delegate care tasks appropriately to nursing staff.
7. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, providing insights on patient conditions.
8. Adhere to ANA standards and ethical guidelines.
9. Develop and update personalized care plans.

Qualifications

1. Certified BLS Provider from AHA or Red Cross.
2. Certified Surgical Tech with specialization in Surgery from NBSTSA.
3. Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
4. Experience preferred.
