Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains medical equipment for surgical procedures.
• Pre-operation setup of operating room instruments, sterile drapes, and solutions.
• Tend to patient during pre-operation procedures and ensure sterile technique.
• Assemble and check sterile and non-sterile equipment and supplies.
• Prepare patients: wash, shave, and disinfect incision sites.
