Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required for Tech I.
• Tech II requires an Associate degree or National Certification.
• Tech III requires Associate degree and CST certification.

Aufgaben

• Preoperative duties: gather supplies, perform surgical scrub, gown and glove as needed.
• Set up sterile field, arrange instruments, and assist circulating staff.
• Assist with draping, patient verification, and intraoperative instrument passing.
• Postoperative prep: decontaminate instruments and prep room for next case.
