You will prepare sterile fields, manage instruments and supplies, and contribute to accurate counts, documentation, and patient safety throughout the OR workflow.

Collaborating with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons in a fast-paced environment, you’ll uphold professionalism, compassion, and continuous development.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field before and during procedures.
• Select, set up, and manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist during surgical procedures to support the surgical team.
• Maintain patient and procedure safety throughout the OR workflow.
• Perform accurate surgical counts and ensure documentation is completed.
• Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons in a fast-paced environment.
