Baptist Health Lexington is seeking a Surgical Tech-OR for the full-time second shift in the Operating Room. The role supports the perioperative plan of care, performing scrub functions and maintaining aseptic technique under RN direction.

The position requires completion of a Surgical Technology program, a technical diploma or associate degree, and CST certification, with on-call weekends, weeknights, and holidays by rotation.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Associate degree in Surgical Technology.
• Completion of a Surgical Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scrub roles and support perioperative plan of care.
• Demonstrate knowledge of operative procedures and aseptic techniques.
• Participate in unit activities and maintain positive customer relations.
