Job summary

SCA Health in Louisville, KY is looking for a Non-Certified Surgical Technologist to function as a scrub person during surgical procedures and assist with the preparation and cleaning of surgical instruments.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, completion of a Surgical Technologist course, and two years of operating room experience. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $29 to $31.

Qualifications

• Two years previous operating room experience.
• ASC experience preferred.
• ORT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures.
• Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing.
• Assist with post procedure cleaning of the operative room.
