Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a surgical technician required.
• Prior experience in a lead or preceptor role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the operating room and surgical field for scheduled procedures.
• Assists the surgical team by anticipating the surgeon’s needs.
• Conducts and documents sponge, needle, and instrument counts.
• Assists with room turnover and ensures proper cleaning of instruments.
• Supports the training and orientation of surgical technicians.
