Qualifications

• Associate degree in Surgical Technology or equivalent.
• Current CST credential required by NBSTSA.
• Teaching experience preferred; ability to lead hands-on labs.

Responsibilities

• Teach laboratory courses and implement curriculum objectives.
• Provide hands-on instruction in surgical instrumentation, sterile technique, and OR prep.
• Prepare exams, skills check-offs, and student assessments.
