Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining a sterile field, passing instruments, setting up equipment, and transporting supplies. This role requires BLS within 6 months and current enrollment in an accredited Surgical Technology program; no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited or approved program in Surgical Technology.

Responsibilities

• Assists with preparatory, scrubbing and related services in the operating room.
• Maintains a clean, safe and sterile field; passes instruments and supplies; assists in gowning/gloving and draping.
• Transports patients and equipment; helps position patients; ensures room readiness for each case.
