Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED at hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up surgical equipment and instruments and assist the surgical team.
• Maintain a meticulously sterile environment throughout procedures.
• Safely transfer and position patients, prep incision sites, and apply dressings post-operation.
• Coordinate equipment in-services and departmental processes to improve efficiency.
• Communicate with Biomedical Services regarding repairs and maintenance.
• Support cost containment while maintaining quality of care.
