• Performs scrub duties to assist physician during procedures.
• Makes instruments available and hands them to surgeon as needed.
• Assists the circulator with room prep and patient assignment.
• Helps perform surgical counts per policy and procedure.
• Prepares sutures and dressings for surgeon use.
• Maintains sterile field and aseptic technique.
• Manages supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Demonstrates professional behavior and customer service.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
