Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks a Surgical Technician to join our operating room team in Houston, TX. You will be under supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Physician, handling equipment and instrumentation to support the surgical process.

The role focuses on maintaining a safe OR environment, ensuring necessary equipment is available and functioning, and supporting the surgical team throughout procedures. Prior training in an accredited Surgical Technician program is required, with BLS and national

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program required.
• Surgical Technician Certification from NBSTSA required.
• Surgical Technician Certification from NCCT required.
• US Military or Public Health Service Surgical Technology Program certification required (one suffices).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; to be obtained within 90 days of start.

Responsibilities

• United States Military or Public Health Service Surgical Technology Program* (Required; only one certification needed)
