LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a surgical technician to support sterile equipment management and OR operations under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Physician.

The role focuses on preparing sterile supplies, assisting with room setup and breakdown, confirming instrument functionality, and aiding the surgical team while following strict safety protocols.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma; completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program.
• Experience: At least 1 year of surgical tech experience; preferred experience as a surgical tech.
• Certifications & Licenses: Surgical Technician Certification by recognized boards or military/public health programs; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire. Only one certification is necessary, obtained within 90 days.

Role Overview: Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Physician, performs specialized technical duties in surgical or procedural settings. Assists the surgical team by managing equipment and instrumentation to ensure a safe operating environment, availability, and proper functioning of necessary tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
