Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• BLS Certification preferred; CST NBSTSA preferred; related licenses listed.
• New Hampshire License for Medical Technician and related licenses listed as preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Set up sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment required for the surgery.
• Transport patients to the operating room, assist with positioning on the surgical table, and ensure safety and comfort.
• Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to the surgical team during procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures, including counts of sponges, sharps, and instruments used.
