Adena Health System in Chillicothe is seeking a Surgical Tech First Assist (CST/FA) or RNFA to join the Main Operating Room. The role provides patient-centered surgical support under the surgeon, collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The CST/FA must graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program or hold CFA/CSA certification; RNFA must have BSN within 3 years and an Ohio RN license.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent is required.
• Current certification as a Certified First Assist (CFA or CSA) is required for CST/FA track.
• RNFAs must have BSN within 3 years of hire and an active Ohio RN license.
• RNFA - Registered Nurse First Assist
