Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related CST work experience and CST certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead CST unit orientation and onboarding for new staff.
• Create and maintain monthly department education plans.
• Develop unit competency checklists and evaluate CST employees on high-risk activities.
• Train CST personnel on equipment, function, and troubleshooting in the OR.
• Collaborate with vendors and hospital departments to ensure consistent practice.
