Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Surgical Tech for the CVOR CST position in a 13-week assignment. The role requires open heart experience, a minimum of 2 years as a Surgical Technologist, and the ability to work across multiple service lines including general, gynecology, vascular, urology, podiatry, orthopedics, and spine.

Day shift, 4x10 hours, with call obligations. Preferred qualifications include CPR certification and a Surgical Technologist certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited school of surgical technology is required, or an AA in Surgical Technology.
• 10+ years’ experience as a Surgical Technologist acceptable.
• Current CPR certification; certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Active state Surgical Technologist license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shift is days, 4x10 hours.
• The role involves operating in 8 OR suites in CVOR.
• Call is required for 1-2 days per week and at least one weekend a month.
• Open heart experience is mandatory.
• Team may float between facilities as needed.
• Education requires CPR certification and Epic charting experience.
