The Surgical Tech Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for the daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department. This position is responsible for coordinating department workflow, ensuring compliance with sterilization standards, supporting staff development, maintaining instrument inventory, and serving as a resource for Sterile Processing Technicians. The Coordinator also performs sterile processing duties and works collaboratively with Operating Room staff and physicians to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
