Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is hiring a Full Time Sterile Processing Tech in Arlington, TX. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered. Schedule options: Monday–Friday, Shift 1 10:00am–6:30pm or Shift 2 3:00pm–11:00pm.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• CRCST or equivalent certification required.
• 1 year of Instrument Room Technician experience.
• Experience with all types of sterilizers.
• Knows operation room instrumentation.
• Able to set up operating room instrument trays.
• Understands steam/gravity sterilizer, Steris, washer sterilizer, and ultrasound unit.

Sterile Processing Technician at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington

The Sterile Processing Technician cares for and maintains all surgical instrumentation.

Qualifications

Education: High school graduate or equivalent

Licensure/Certification:

• CRCST or equivalent required.

Required Experience:

• 1 year of experience as Instrument Room Technician.
• Experience with all types of sterilizers.
• Knows operation room instrumentation.
• Organized in setting up operating room instrument tray.
• Understands operation of steam/gravity sterilizer, Steris, washer sterilizer, and ultrasound unit.
