Cynet Health is recruiting a Surgical Tech (Certified Surg Tech) for a 13-week assignment in Medford, OR. This day shift role requires 2–3 years of OR experience, with Da Vinci XI Robot experience and valid state licensure, BLS, and NBSTSA certifications. You will float between units and provide on-call coverage as needed.

Block scheduling and 1:1 patient ratios are expected; travel may be involved to nearby facilities. Scrubs are provided, and weekend on-call is required.

Qualifications

• NBSTSA and BLS certifications are required.

Must have at least 2-3 years of OR experience.Must be confident in the following specialties: orthopedics (totals, spine, and trauma), urology, gynecology, uro-gynecology, vascular, general surgery, neuro spine, and some ENT.Da Vinci XI Robot experience is required.

Description:This position requires floating between units.On-call coverage is required, averaging one day a week and one weekend every six weeks.Weekend work is required for on-call only.Block scheduling is required.Patient ratios are expected to be 1:1.The facility is a short-term acute care setting with a total of 108 beds.Scrub color is flexible; any color is acceptable.Scrubs are provided for the operating room, critical care, emergency department, PACU, and maternal child services.Charting is done using Epic.Candidates must have a minimum of two to three years of experience in specific surgical specialties.Daily surgical case volume averages 30.Candidates may need to cover additional services, such as OB surgery, in emergencies.All references covering a year's experience within the last three years are required.Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities.
