Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists seeks a Surgical Supply Technician for a hospital environment. You will procure, maintain, and deliver supplies for surgical cases, working with Surgery, Instrumentation Systems, and Distribution to ensure items are available for procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED verified before submission, 0–6 months of related experience, basic computer skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. DOE and full-time hours apply.

Responsibilities

• Request, receive, locate, and deliver needed surgical supplies.
• Use handheld devices to order, restock, and maintain inventory.
• Maintain PAR levels on the carousel and supply carts.
• Monitor case carts and supplies for each surgical case.
• Check case carts against preference cards for completeness.
• Identify and order missing items before procedures.
• Notify clinical staff when needed supplies are unavailable.
• Operate carousel systems, handheld computers, PCs, and inventory equipment.
• Clean supply carts and bins according to schedules.
• Coordinate return of unused supplies and instrumentation.
