Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Procedural Inventory Tech to manage supply inventories for the OR, Cath Lab, and IR departments in Miami. You will order, stock, and deliver supplies, while ensuring inventory accuracy and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have prior inventory experience, preferably in a hospital setting, and a High School Diploma or GED. This on-site role supports patient care by ensuring timely availability of essential supplies.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory management experience is preferred.
• Some hospital supply experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for the OR, Cath Lab, and IR departments.
• Order, receive, stock, and deliver supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to meet supply needs.
• Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures.
• Review and maintain Min/Max inventory levels.
• Conduct physical inventories of POU and Non-POU areas.
• Pick scheduled, add-on, and emergent surgical cases.
• Process supply returns according to policy.
