Fairview Health Services seeks a senior supply chain leader to manage surgical case cart, central supply, sterile processing, linen services, medical equipment, shipping/receiving, couriers, and mail operations.

You’ll hire, develop, and manage contract and non-contract staff, drive cost control, and partner with hospital managers to ensure service excellence and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 2 years of experience.
• 3 years experience in non-healthcare supply chain, supervisory role or
• 1 year experience in healthcare supply chain.
• B.S./B.A. in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Nursing, or related field.
• CMRP, APICS, Central Processing Certification.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day work activities of staff in multiple departments.
• Ensure processes meet customer expectations for cart preparation, sterilization, inventory and mail operations.
• Deliver service and maintain inventory to meet hospital needs; coach and develop staff.
• Coordinate with department leaders to optimize inventory levels and delivery schedules.
• Manage contract and non-contract staff and ensure HR compliance.
• Create a engaged management climate and manage labor/department expenses.
• Contribute to budgeting and provide reports to improve operations.
• Support population-specific care and patient education as needed.
