Job summary

BayCare Health System in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Surgical Procedural Supply Analyst to coordinate stock and non-stock item orders, follow up with customers, and handle returns and credits. You will maintain PO data, PAR levels, and item master locations, and perform periodic inventory analysis.

The role requires a high school diploma with 4 years in supply chain or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years in a related field, and it offers a full-time daytime shift at Morton Plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, materials management or related field is required.
• Knowledge of purchase order data maintenance and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ordering of stock and non-stock items and follow up with customers.
• Process returns and credits, maintain and update purchase order data.
• Manage PAR item master locations and keep periodic inventory database current.
• Review stock for obsolescence and PAR levels; perform additional duties as assigned.
