Responsibilities include placing purchase orders, verifying deliveries, tracking implants, recording charges, and coordinating with Purchasing and Materials Management. Must have a high school diploma and 1–3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains surgical implants and supply par levels; places purchase orders for required surgical implants and supplies; receives surgical supply deliveries.
• Verifies accuracy of deliveries with purchase orders on file.
• Transports and stores items in appropriate locations.
• Enters implant tracking serial numbers into department computer system.
• Assists in reviewing daily case schedule and pick lists and prepares case carts accordingly.
• Enters each patient\'s surgical supply profile in department computer system.
• Captures and records surgical supply charges for all surgical cases.
• Identifies and corrects implant and supply discrepancies, as needed.
• Maintains constant communication with Purchasing, Materials Management, and related departments.
• Performs related duties as required.
