Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Evanston Hospital. The role is 36 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating weekends. The pay ranges hourly from $36.00 to $55.80, with pay determined by experience.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care, applying the nursing process, and ensuring regulatory compliance while guiding unlicensed staff and promoting patient safety. IL licensure and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred.
• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
