Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Surgical Stepdown unit. You will provide complex post-surgical care, closely monitor patients' vitals and telemetry, administer medications, and assist with wound and drain management.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge in a compassionate, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri.
• Experience in surgical stepdown or med-surg preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex post-surgical care and monitor vitals and telemetry.
